Colorado, off an emotional high scoring week 1, comes back home against a hungry Nebraska team under year 1 of newly hired Matt Rhule. Early on, you could see the Huskers fiesty defense give the Colorado offense fits. However, after a few big defensive plays from the Buffs, Colorado gained all the momentum, and once the offense got rolling it was a well oiled machine the rest of the afternoon.
Sanders finished with an impressive 31/42 passing with 393 yards. This puts him at over 900 passing yards through 2 games of his Colorado career. The Buffalos seem to be here to stay, can Coach Prime keep this train running full speed? Time will tell in a heated and anticipated matchup on Saturday vs Colorado State.
