#10 Oregon vs #19 Colorado is the most anticipated game of the week as the hype around Coach Prime and the Buffaloes keeps growing. The Pac-12 has been one of the best conferences in the nation this season and this game is a matchup between 2 of the top 3 teams in the conference right now. Colorado is coming into this game coming off an intense matchup with in-state rival Colorado State which ended in a 43-35 2OT win for the Buffaloes. The Buffaloes lost two-way star Travis Hunter to injury in that game and he will be out for the matchup against the Ducks. QB Shedeur Sanders is looking to continue his Heisman campaign as this is the biggest game of the season for the Buffaloes so far. More good news for the Buffaloes is that RB Alton McCaskill, a transfer from Houston, has been taken out of his no-contact jersey in practice and is expected to make his debut this week.
The Ducks are coming off of a 55-10 blowout vs Hawaii. QB Bo Nix has led the Ducks to a comfortable 3-0 record coming into the weekend vs the Buffaloes. The Ducks have a balanced offensive attack with a modest passing and rushing game. Autzen Stadium is expected to be rocking Saturday afternoon. Colorado has a matchup with the reigning Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams and the USC Trojans after this which are their 2 biggest tests of the season.
